Beneficial Farms CSA provides affordable weekly shares of healthy, locally and regionally grown food to members throughout the year.

Any time is a great time to become a member of Beneficial Farms CSA because we offer a great value and creative bags of food from the region year round! Shares include a variety of greens, root vegetables, and organic greenhouse grown tomatoes, lettuce and herbs.

A happy CSA member loves to cook, is adventurous with food, enjoys eating with the seasons and being part of a community that supports local farmers who use sustainable, life-affirming methods.

Member satisfaction and flexibility make Beneficial Farms CSA unique. Members can opt-out of their share any week without penalty if they are going out of town. We also can set up other schedules to best fit your needs. Produce shares every other week and additional share items like beef/eggs/cheese on every other week or once a month schedules are available, they are set up on our end, so just give us a call.

The weekly Farm Share provides fresh fruits and vegetables for an individual or small family. Through our support of regional farms, we distribute throughout the whole year.

Beneficial Farms CSA also offers a weekly cheese share, a grass-fed lean ground beef share and an egg share. When you sign up, you choose an amount to place in your Farm Account: $150*, $300, $650, $1225 or $2000.The money in your Farm Account pays for your weekly produce and other shares. You will also have the option to order local items such as honey, flour, beans, chile and cheese through the Marketplace.

We encourage members to pay as much as they can in advance. Early payment helps provide farmers the financial resources to purchase seeds, labor and equipment for future crops. It also supports the sustainability of the CSA. In fact, if you support the CSA at the planter level ($650) or more, we will add $50 to your account as our thanks.

*If you choose to support the CSA at the $150 level we encourage you to enroll in one of our 2 automatic payment plans.

We offer a choice of two automatic payment plans; e-check (from your bank account) or credit card (through your PayPal account). When your account falls below $50, you will be charged the original amount that you signed up with.  (If your first payment was $300, your automatic payment will be $300)

Weekly Produce Share $25/wk
The CSA Share is a great way to enjoy local food, support regional farms all year and be part of a community with similar values. A weekly share can be a good quantity for one person who eats mostly vegetables and fruits or is suitable for a small family with a more traditional diet. Fruit may include peaches, grapes, melons and pomegranates. Vegetables include salad, cooking greens, tomatoes, onions, carrots, spinach and many more.

Weekly Cheese Share $12/wk
Each week receive 1 to 2 pounds of Farmstead and Artisanal cheeses from pasture feed Ayrshire cows and goats. By design, the weekly share will be two packages of cheese a week. Varieties may include locally produced, organic, raw, aged or soft cheeses.

Grass-Fed, Grass Finished Ground Beef (1lb) $7/wk
Receive a 1-pound package of ground beef or lean ground beef from grass-fed and grass-finished, locally raised steers.

Egg Share (1 dozen per share) $6/wk
Our eggs are the product of years of on-farm research to re-establish small flock egg production as a feature of the farms and ranches of the Southern Rockies. Our farmers are dedicated to providing their chickens with the healthiest, most humane living conditions possible.

You can purchase an egg share for $6 per week or purchase multiple shares if you want multiple dozens each week. If you want eggs on your own schedule, please visit the Marketplace in the spring.

Monday Evening, Members receive weekly email with details about the produce share for the week
Tuesday Midnight is the cut off for marketplace orders, substitutions or cancelations
Thursday Deliveries are made in Santa Fe, Eldorado and Madrid, between 12pm – 6pm
Fridays Deliveries are made to Cedar Crest and Albuquerque
